Ramona has lived in Japan three times. First, in Kitakyushu. Second, in Tokyo and working in Cross Cultural training. And from 2013 to 2016 Ramona lived in Tokyo and worked as a facilitator and coach in the greater Asia Pacific region.
After completing her Master’s degree in East Asian languages and Literature she went to China as one of the first few invited visitors when China re-opened to the West in 1973. This extensive experience in Asia, and having lived and worked in the region periodically since 1973 has added depth and perspective to her work.
Ramona received her Master Degree from the University of Washington, Seattle in International Studies and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in East Asian Languages and Literature.
Ramona Link Meher is an experienced intercultural facilitator who has worked closely with leaders, managers and employees from over 60 different countries across 4 continents on global talent management, leadership development and cultural integration projects. Ramona has expertise in leadership coaching, global Diversity & Inclusion, and executive relocation.
Ramona is conversant in Chinese and Japanese and has a working knowledge of German. She currently resides in Evanston, Illinois and when she is not in the training room or on a plane she enjoys kayaking, art & antiques and volunteering.
