Molly Ng

“By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; And third by experience, which is the bitterest.” (Confucius)

Growing up in multicultural Malaysia, currently living in Germany and being of Chinese ethnicity, I learnt at a very early age the importance of respecting different cultures and embracing varying perspectives. As your coach, I am able to help organisations and individuals to leverage cultural differences by acquiring cultural awareness, skills and competencies to create synergies. My current interest in neuroscience creates programmes in recognizing and overriding unconscious biases. The training sessions are lively, filled with a combination of tasks and questions including ‘quiet’ moments for personal reflection.
