I’m a Cross Cultural Trainer and I’ve been working and living half of my life in Italy – and working for a long time in the Training sector. Diversity Management and Cross Cultural Training shows, that – apart from Communication, Leadership, Customer Orientation or whatever, Culture comes first! As a matter of fact it is much more important to be aware of that, than any other skills you learn regarding Communication, Marketing, Leadership or Sales. We all were born in our “cultural cloud” and that makes us to be educated and to behave in a certain way. Wherever you go, whoever you work with, be well informed about that. I came to Italy 23 years ago and from here I have been working in different countries such as Germany and Austria.
