Laure Dykstra

"When I walk along with two others, from at least one I will be able to learn." (Confucius)

My 22 years in investment banking spent across many geographies and cultures have nurtured my inner belief that connecting people, helping them to make sense of a new environment and bring them to fit into the corporate culture is key for today’s global organisations. Northern Europe, Asia and more particularly China, have deeply influenced my working style, vision and caring attitude towards people.
