"Education must be not only a transmission of culture but also a provider of alternative views of the world and a strengthener of the will to explore them.“ (J. Bruner)
I started gaining practical experience as an intercultural trainer and consultant in 2011, being a part of an NGO Interculturalni.PL and conducting trainings on cultural competence and antidiscrimination. Since 2014 I’ve been conducting trainings for corporate clients, as part of Van Dahlen Group. Since then I conducted hundreds of training sessions for clients like Cisco, IBM, Google, UBS, Lufthansa, Motorola, State Street, Heineken, Swarovski, Akamai. I also conduct individual sessions (consulting, cultural adaptation trainings) for professionals coming from and to Poland. Many of the trainings I conduct are culture-specific, focusing on Polish, Indian and British cultures.
For a few student years I was mastering the art of British small talk and coffee making while working as a barista at COSTA Coffee in the UK. It was one of the student jobs that teaches you a lot, also about different cultures.
“The session with Klaudia was kept on a high professional level and based on practical examples. Due to Klaudia’s great knowledge and experience we have learnt a lot and now we are able to apply this knowledge in our day to day work. Moreover, Klaudia was open and ready to answer any of our questions, very often difficult ones. She managed to keep us focused and active for the whole day. She also created a nice and open atmosphere in a way that everyone felt comfortable to talk and share their opinions/examples. Finally, we had a great fun, which was a great occasion to integrate. I can strongly recommend Cultural Awareness training conducted by Klaudia to everyone working within international environment”
