Since 2017 conduct of intercultural trainings for diverse clients in Germany and Switzerland (University employees, NGO’s, industry representatives) including topics like cultural identity and awareness, cultural dimensions, intercultural communication skills, conflict resolution, culture shock, prejudices and stereotypes etc.
Extensive training experience in 4 Asian countries at micro-meso- and macro levels (local villagers, government representatives) over a period of 20 years covering topics related to forestry, silviculture, watershed management, livelihood systems, extension services, adult education and training material production.
