Jeroen Jansen

Jeroen Jansen

“Culture is relative in relating people, situation & location. Focus of HOW to relate will support your success. People make it happen!” (Jeroen Jansen / J.A.J.A. Jansen)

First of all I am a Dad of a daughter & son, who has developed his cross-cultural skills and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in the hard reality of refugee-reception in 20 years. Communication, coaching and cross-cultural training for refugees, organizations & Government. All over Europe. I was always in the middle and seem to be at my best when conflicts are demanding. As a coach & consultant I connect people and their ideas out of an holistic, relational and respectful approach. I focus on cultural patterns that benefit or temper development. I act within the synergy of people, their environment and time. To my opinion people themselves will make the change, not the document or model. We can make it happen, if we believe in it!
