I am a person who lives between cultures and works with a wide variety of groups and personalities. My trainer and coach personality is characterized by: foresight, flexibility, a good sense of other persons ‘needs, enthusiasm & motivation transfer. As a Kenyan native speaker and I am fluent in English and German, with all these diversity, it is particularly important to me to keep looking at what connects and what we have in common. After 10 years of international professional experience as an After Sales Co-coordinator in a Japanese company in Germany, I have specialized since 1998 in intercultural subjects and since 2014 in coaching. Experiencing cultures, the intercultural exchange and people of various origins and backgrounds coming together constitute the greatest personal enrichment for me. My specialized training areas include cross-cultural competence building (for inland and overseas clients), diversity management, anti-racism and critical whiteness trainings.
