My whole professional career has been in Japan in international work environments. I have mainly worked in the education, services, and hospitality/tourism sectors. The majority of jobs I have had were newly created positions, or jobs that I ended up transforming through job crafting. My responsibilities have ranged from single contributor in sales and operations roles to working at the C level managing relatively large teams in multiple locations.
