We do not participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board and we are under no obligation to do so.

  1. Detection and correction of input errors

Before confirming your order, you see all details of your order, including but not limited to type and quantity of the goods, prices, shipping costs, your delivery information and other information essential to your order. In case individual details are incorrect, you are able to change such details by clicking on “change” and correcting the information, or by removing individual articles, or by changing order quantities, before you submit your final order. Where applicable you have the opportunity to cancel the order process altogether. After submitting your order, the correction of input errors is only possible by email or telephone.
